I ordered a few different things for pick up via the website. Gave me a time for pick up and was spot on so the food was nice and fresh. My mum and dad shared a special fish supper which did them both with chips left over. My brother had the scampi and loved it too. I had the smallest chips and cheese pizza. Everyone was happy and will definitely order from them again.

Ordered on the app for collection. Was advised on the app, 20 mins for collection. Arrived after 20 mins to collect to be told it wasn't ready as it had been put in the delivery pile and would be at least another 10 mins. Left and returned 10 mins later where it was ready. Ordering on the is meant to make the process effortless and be ready on time. It wasn't. You pay extra for the benefit of using the app due to service charge that is applied but it takes longer than it would if I had just called up.

The batter on the sausage was rock hard

I would have given five stars for the food had I not been charged something ridiculous like £4.40 or £4.80 for the smallest cheapest looking tiny wee burger inside a massive bit or batter no even a roll and the burger itself was two wee skinny things stick together with a bit rubber cheeked in the middle the type you get like six of for two quid from Iceland. Love their food usually this was just a joke poxy time wee burger laden with batter so it looked bigger wrapped in a bit of paper no roll as I said absolutely disgusting mark up for cheap rubbish

Got the munchie box and the veg pakora isn't as good as it used to be. It really small now and the chilli sauce isn't the same .it's a lot hotter and harsher taste to it. Not as good as it was before.
